REGULATION FOR REGISTRATION,

 PARTICIPATION, DEPLOYMENT AND ASSESSMENT

Ø  Students from grades III- XII may register;

Ø  The partnership agreement – in duplicate – one for each participating teacher (addendum 1) will be sent at the same time with the students’ works and a self-addressed envelope.

The competition will comprise 4 sections:


    1. Message for Europe

-          drawings – A4 or A3 format  – maximum 2 drawings/student;

-          posters – A4 or A3 format – either manually crafted or on the computer – maximum 2 posters/student;

-          collages – maximum 2 collages/coordinating teacher

-          the drawings and the posters may be computer-designed or painted by hand – not in coloured crayons or markers.


2. My Native Area 


- maximum 2 leaflets/student
- the leaflet must be A4 format, devided into 3 equal parts
- must contain original photographs 
- the information must be up-to-date


3. Travelling through Europe 


- 15x 21 format photographs – maximum 3 photographs /student
- the photographs must be part of a personal album, not taken off the Internet or any other sources
- must have a motto


4. Europe – past, present and future 


-  movies, short subject movies about the country/favourite area – 1 movie/student or two movies/coordinating teacher
- the format of the movies may be: mpg, mpeg, avi 
- the movie – maximum 5 minutes

Ø  For drawings, collages, posters – the following will be written on the right corner on a label, in capital letters: the title of the work, the first and the last name of the student, the student’s grade, the school, the last and the first name of the surpervising teacher, the town and county.

Ø  The first, second and third prizes will be awarded and participation certificates will also be given to the participating students and the supervising teachers.

Ø  No appeals will be accepted. The works will not be returned to the participants. Only works done by the students will be considered.

Ø  The participating teachers will mail the registered envelope with the works of the students, the participation fee and a stamped, self-addressed envelope by April 30th 2011 (postal date) to the following address:

With reference to: „Traveller in Europe”Competition

The students’ works devised on the computer may be either personally handed in to the organizers or may be e-mailed to them.

Assessment Criteria:

The judging will be done according to the following criteria:

Section 1:

-          compliance with the requirements regarding the format

-          the originality of the drawings/posters/collages

-          the diversity of the materials used

Section 2:

-          originality

-          the accuracy of the information

-          innovation

Section 3:

-          compliance with the requirements regarding the format

-          personal photographs

-          conveying a message through the chosen motto

Section 4:

-          compliance with the requirements – extension and rolling/playing time

-          the presence of the required aspects –past, present and future

-          originality, creativity

-          the clarity of the pictures

-          conveying a message

Esablishing the classification:

The classification will be done on May 9th, 2011, according to age categories and on the four sections.

Awards and prizes:

The awards will consist of certificates and CDs comprising all the materials entered in the competition:

-          1st prize for every primary, secondary and highschool cycle

-          2nd prize for every primary, secondary and highschool cycle

-          3rd prize for every primary, secondary and highschool cycle.

Regulament:

Ø  Se pot înscrie la concurs  elevi ai claselor III - XII;

Ø  Formularul de înscriere – pentru fiecare cadru didactic (anexa 1)  va fi completat şi trimis odată cu lucrările copiilor cât şi un plic autoadresat.

Concursul se va desfăşura pe 4 secţiuni:

     
1. Mesaj pentru Europa

  - se adresează elevilor claselor III-VIII  
  - desene – bloc de desen A4 sau A3 – maxim 2 desene / elev;

  - afişe – format A4 sau A3 – realizat manual sau pe calculator – maxim 2 afişe / elev;

  - colaje – maxim 2 colaje / cadru didactic coordonator

  - desenele şi afişele pot fi realizate pe calculator sau manual - pictate – nu în creion colorat sau carioca

     
2. Zona mea natală
  - se adresează elevilor claselor VIII - XII   
  -  maxim 2 pliante / elev     

  - pliantul să fie în format A4, îndoit în 3 parţi egale

  - să cuprindă poze originale

  - informaţia să fie de actualitate


3. Călătorind prin Europa
  - se adresează elevilor claselor III-XII
  - fotografii format 15/21 – maxim 3 fotografii / elev
  - fotografiile să fie din albumul personal, nu preluate de pe internet sau alte surse
  - să aibă un motto


4. Europa. Trecut, prezent şi viitor
  - se adresează elevilor claselor IX-XII
  - filme, scurt metraj despre ţara / zona preferată – 1 film / elev sau 2 filme / cadru didactic coordonator
  - formatul pentru filme poate avea extensia: mpg, mpeg, avi

  - timpul de rulare al filmului – maxim 5 minute

Ø Pentru desene, colaje, afişe - în colţul din dreapta, jos, se vor scrie, pe etichetă, cu majuscule, următoarele: titlul lucrării, numele şi prenumele elevului, clasa, şcoala, numele şi prenumele cadrului didactic îndrumător, localitatea, judeţul.

Ø  Se vor acorda premiile I, II, III şi diplome de participare elevilor participanţi şi cadrelor didactice îndrumătoare.

Ø  Nu se admit contestaţii. Nu se restituie lucrările elevilor participanţi. Vor fi luate în considerare lucrări efectuate doar de elevi.
Ø  Cadrele didactice participante vor trimite plicul, recomandat, cu lucrările elevilor,  un plic autoadresat şi timbrat până la data de 30 aprilie 2011 (data poştei) pe adresa:

cu menţiunea: pentru concursul internaţional „Călător în Europa”

Ø  Lucrările elevilor realizate pe calculator se pot trimite pe e-mail pe adresa organizatorilor;

    Lucrările elevilor pot fi predate şi personal cadrelor didactice organizatoare.

Criterii de evaluare:

Jurizarea se face după următoarele criterii:

Secţiunea 1:

- respectarea cerinţelor de formă

- originalitatea desenelor / afişelor / colajelor

- diversitatea materialelor utilizate

Secţiunea 2:

- originalitate

- corectitudinea informaţiilor

- inovaţia

Secţiunea 3:

- respectarea cerinţelor de formă

- fotografii personale

- transmiterea unui mesaj – prin motto-ul ales

Secţiunea 4:

- respectarea cerinţlor – extensie si timp de rulare

- existenţa celor trei aspecte cerute – trecut, prezent şi viitor

- originalitatea, creativitatea

- claritatea imaginilor

- transmiterea mesajului

Stabilirea clasamentului:

Clasamentul se face în ziua de 9 mai 2011, pe categorii de vârstă şi pe cele patru secţiuni.

Distincţii şi premii:

Premierea se face prin diplome şi CD-urile care vor cuprinde toate materialele intrate în concurs:

            - locul I pentru fiecare ciclu de învăţământ

            - locul II pentru fiecare ciclu de învăţământ

            - locul III pentru fiecare ciclu de învăţământ
